Let us all stand in front of the mirror present in our room, who do you see ?? Somebody in his or her 20s , 30s looking like in 40s ! Shocking isn’t it?
You work hard day and night to earn all those expensive shit, but ever wondered if you are not in a proper health nothing would please you!
This article is for all those people who don’t have time to go to gym, or indulge themselves in any sort of outdoor activity. Exercises which will help you to stay fit and improving cardio vascular system without spending a penny.
Cardio Workouts You Can Do AT Home
Before starting any sort of exercise STRETCH!! It will not only increase your performance but will also reduce the chance of getting joint injuries.
Jumping Jacks are very good for the cardiovascular and strengthening . A very simple exercise which can be performed in any corner of your house .
Firstly , stand with your feet together and your hands down by your side.
Then, in one motion jump your feet out to the side and raise your arms above your head.
Lastly, immediately reverse that motion by jumping back to the starting position.
Do 3 sets with 50 jumps!!
TONE IT RIGHT!
To get those toned arms, you don’t have to go really far. Just go to your kitchen and pick two filled water bottles and repeat these 2 exercises stated below !!
Remember !! 3 sets of 15 repetitions !! Do not mix two exercises!!
A: ) Shoulder Press
Sit on a chair , and raise the water bottles to shoulder height . Now, exhale and push the water bottles upward until they touch at the top. Take a 10 second pause and slowly lower the water bottles back down to the starting position while inhaling.
B:) Biceps Curl
Firstly, stand up straight with a water bottle in each hand at arm’s length. Keep your elbows close to your torso and rotate the palms of your hands until they are facing forward. This will be your starting position.
Exhale and curl the weights while contracting your biceps. Continue to raise the weights until your biceps are fully contracted .
Then, inhale and slowly begin to lower the water bottles back to the starting position.
CLIMB UP THOSE STAIRS!!
Stairs at your place are of great use , trust me they have a huge role in giving you those to-die-for legs!!
Add Step Up to your routine and see the magic!!
To start, place your entire right foot onto the stair. Press through your right heel as you step onto the stair, bringing your left foot to meet your left so you are standing on the stair.
Return to the starting position by stepping down with the right foot, then the left so both feet are on the floor.
Complete 15 steps leading with the left foot, then repeat another 15 steps leading with your left foot. Do three sets.
BE AB-LITIOUS !!
Dying for that really hot body , Plank is the key to success!!
A:) Hold a plank for a minimum of 30 seconds at starting and gradually increase the time !!
B:) Lying Leg Raises
Lie on your back and raise your legs to 90 degrees , makes sure your legs don’t touch the floor.
It not only tones the lower abdomen area but also increses the flexibilty of the hips .
SQUATS – No gain without pain!!
And that’s squats for you!!
10-15 repetitions , 3 sets and the results will definitely be rewarding!!
6:) STRETCH IT RIGHT !!
You workout is incomplete if you don’t stretch at the end . If you don’t do those stretching exercises you will have to live with those cramps for a really long time , and its compulsory not just for today but it is a part of your everyday routine !
